Art Toronto, also known as the Toronto International Art Fair, is Canada’s only modern and contemporary fine art fair and is considered one of North America’s most successful international fairs. Currently in its 12^th year, this four-and-a-half day event in late October, presents a dynamic mix of over 100 select international art galleries from 13 countries. Attracting a multitude of industry professionals, collectors and art aficionados to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the fair also features curated on-site special exhibits, a speaker series, docent-led tours, a dynamic cultural program and The Opening Night Preview, which serves as an important fundraiser for the Art Gallery of Ontario.
